BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
To make a reservation to attend Rewake Retreats, a non-refundable deposit fee of $1,000 USD is required upon booking. Full payment (the balance) must be made 30 days prior to start of the retreat. Prices are per person, single occupancy.

TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE
It is your responsibility to obtain suitable travel and health insurance. Rewake Retreats; Lemon House d.o.o. it’s partners and affiliates are not held liable if you fail to arrange suitable insurance coverage and require certain medical or travel assistance including injuries, missed or delayed flights or inability to attend the retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your retreat attendance 60 days prior to the start of a retreat, you will be refunded the full retreat amount minus the non-refundable deposit fee of $1,000 USD. If you cancel 59 days or less before the start of a retreat, you will incur the full payment of a retreat. Rewake Retreats and Lemon House d.o.o. have commitments to certain payment arrangements and expenses to create the retreat. If you wish to leave the retreat early, no refunds will be made. If a cancellation of a retreat has been made by Rewake Retreats or Lemon House d.o.o. for unforeseen circumstances, you can request a transfer of your payment to another retreat or request a payment refund. Only fees paid to Rewake Retreats for the retreat itself will be honoured. If you made other purchases to prepare for the trip, including airline tickets and incurred other costs, Rewake Retreats or Lemon House d.o.o. will not be held responsible.

THIRD PARTIES
Rewake Retreats or Lemon House d.o.o. hold no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors associated with and providing services to Rewake Retreats clients. Rewake Retreats will do best to contract exceptional service providers, however will not be held reliable or responsible for any omissions or actions made by third parties.
WAIVERS & LIABILITY
You acknowledge that you voluntarily enter into a retreat and experience Rewake Retreats. You accept to participate by your own will in any and all activities arranged and/or organized by Rewake Retreats; Lemon House d.o.o. organizer(s) and partners of Rewake Retreats & Lemon House d.o.o.. You surrender your right to any cause of action against Rewake Retreats and/or Lemon House d.o.o. and/or any party Rewake Retreats or Lemon House d.o.o. contract and are associated or affiliated with; including and not limited to any loss or damage to your person or property that occurs during a retreat.

By participating in retreats organized and arranged by Rewake Retreats and Lemon House d.o.o. you understand that Rewake Retreats offers yoga, meditation, outings, and other activities and exercises. You accept the risk of injury (even serious injury) and will not act against Rewake Retreats or Lemon House d.o.o. and/or any party Rewake Retreats or Lemon House d.o.o. contract and/or are associated and/or affiliated with. You will be held liable and responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional well being. If you experience any discomfort or concern during a retreat, you will honour and listen to your own body and intellect and stop the participation in that activity. You will seek professional assistance from an appropriate party or authority.

Rewake Retreats and/or Lemon House d.o.o. are not held liable or responsible for anything that happens to your person or property while exploring the country and participating in activities during the retreat program or outside, during free time. The client is expected to use their own judgement and practice safety measures.

WELL BEING AND SELF CARE
By participating in retreats and events organized and arranged by Rewake Retreats and Lemon House d.o.o. you acknowledge and confirm that you are physically fit and healthy; emotionally and mentally stable and able to take care of your own well being. You acknowledge and confirm that you are not on heavy medication; you are not receiving psychological therapy or treatment nor taking any illegal drugs and that you are not suffering from depression or mental disorders. Furthermore by registering into the retreat or event, you agree not to take any illegal substances for the duration of the event or retreat. These measures are in place to protect the safety and comfort of all participants and clients.

CONTENT & INFORMATION PURPOSE & USE
Rewake Retreats or Lemon House d.o.o. is not providing any medical or alternative treatments. Our programs are informative, entertaining and leisurely in nature. Any of the content or information provided by Rewake Retreats or Lemon House d.o.o. organizers, partners, speakers or affiliates is for you to use with your own judgement and you will not hold any of the aforementioned parties liable or responsible for your actions upon receiving and acting on or processing information or content delivered. Our programs and content whether at live events, online, written, audio or video format is not to be copied and disseminated publicly without prior consent from Rewake Retreats or Lemon House d.o.o.

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR & EXCLUSION FROM RETREAT PROGRAM
Rewake Retreats and Lemon House d.o.o. have a right to exclude a client from any and all retreat activities without offering any refund if the client is deemed inappropriate; disrespectful or disruptive to retreat organizers, facilitators, speakers, hotel staff or other clients; or if the client is deemed imbalanced; or not able to tend to their own well being (physical, emotional, mental). Please note that our speakers are there to provide the program for the group. Please do not make individual requests beyond what is offered by the Retreat Program. There will be no one-on-one sessions, healings or consultations.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Each retreat participant and Rewake Retreats client will prepare and present necessary visa(s), passport and documentation required for entry into a country visited on a retreat organized by Rewake Retreats.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE FORM
I hereby grant my permission to Rewake Retreats, Lemon House d.o.o. and it’s partners and affiliates absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographic images and/or videos in which I am featured that are taken during the retreat to use, publish, republish, copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Rewake Retreats', Lemon House and it’s partners and affiliate business. I hereby release and discharge Rewake Retreats; Lemon House d.o.o. and any partners and affiliates from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
EXPECTATIONS AND DELIVERABLES
I understand that I may have certain expectations for services, activities and deliverables provided by Rewake Retreats; Lemon House d.o.o. and their partners and/or affiliates. I accept that my experience is a personal judgment and I will not wrongfully or in ill will make any claims, accusations or judgments against Rewake Retreats; Lemon House d.o.o. and their partners and/or affiliates. I understand that there may be certain changes to the retreat and Rewake Retreats and Lemon House d.o.o. program and/or services and I am willing to accept any changes or compensations of equal value as offered by Rewake Retreats; Lemon House d.o.o. and partners and/or affiliates.

By making a reservation/booking and attending Rewake Retreats I agree to all the terms, conditions and policies as set by Rewake Retreats and/or Lemon House d.o.o. From time to time these terms, conditions and policies might be updated without prior notice and It is my responsibility to read and be aware of any changes to these agreements.
